33rd Annual COTA Jazz Festival, September 10-12, 2010
The Delaware Water Gap Celebration of the Arts is a non-profit organization founded in 1978 to foster an appreciation of jazz and its relationship to other artistic disciplines. COTA's major focus is its outdoor arts festival held annually the weekend after Labor Day and featuring musicians, artists, and vendors are from the Pocono Mountains area.
